Personally, my humble opinion-- marriage goes through waves, I felt like this for many years and now we are doing great. 15 years on Sunday. If course this is not a universal statement, sometimes it just does not work. I know this too.

Poetic-ly: You need more line breaks, it was hard to stick with it my eyes were protesting. Good honest feelings and questions. I would consider looking for some pieces of your life that represent the overall situation. Unless you want it to read more like a letter-conversation with the reader, which is fine too!
