Stepping out of the night shadows
Into the full moon light
She waits in the ancient circle
Arms raised above her head
An offering of blossoms at her feet.
Ancient words tumble from her lips
Sending her deepest wishes, into the night sky
Energy spiraling around her
Winds picking up strands of her hair
She smiles in greeting
Light radiates from her heart
For he has heard her call in the night wind
He shimmers in to solid form,
His pale skin takes on the light of the full moon
Radiant he glows, his red gaze drinking in her face
His cursed soul shrouded in shadows,
Her soul is fiery and full of radiance
A perfect balance of light and dark
As the two lovers embrace, the world stands still
He anchors himself to her light
She stands in the darkness of his soul.
For they know in each other they have found their salvation.
