Little Death
It starts with Your lips
Trailing in a sweetly slow fashion
Across my alabaster neck.
My back arches then,
As my eyelids are drawn
Like window blinds
And the atmosphere takes on
A dream-like quality that one
Only experiences at this moment.

The French call this Little Death…

…But with You, I feel more alive.
