Here I stand, facing you and in holding your hand, it is now I understand
That I have waited and waited a lifetime, or two, for the love of my life
To make her presence known, being that, I just had to be patient in all
And for me to believe, an to be brave, yet never be too afraid if I fall
But then suddenly, you crossed my path, an all my doubts disappeared
For I died literally everyday, wanting for your heart beat to rescue me
As you sparkle like diamonds, in the sky sent down from the heavens
As the brightest of stones, are the ones colored, an set within your eyes
Because distance between us, has no meaning, however far apart we are
As you are with me, an inside me, our souls united, so intense, so complete
Being that how do I say, three words, that mean so much to the heart
And how, can I show three words, in actions that means how I feel
For when I look at you daily, I cannot help, but fall for you once more
As when I hear your voice, I cannot but listen, to that soft sweet whisper

So now, one step closer, in every breath, an every moment coming to this
All along I believed that I would find you, for I have loved you through all
And together, forevermore, we are now one, lost within this loving kiss
For I have loved you a thousand years, an I will love you a thousand more
