Only you...

could write a bathroom litany and make poetry out of it! I love the line about hiding in the Mall of America bathroom, shifting from booth to booth all day (actually, a pretty horrible thought, lol). I'll hide in the glass block place, instead. :)

A first

for bathroom poetry but how you draw this is so true. I've never really stopped to notice, now I will...lol, thank you :rose:

An interesting look

into the design and poetry of restrooms. An art in everyday necessity. A unique perspective into the things that we so often ignore. Very good.

Restroom writings

Well chosen words as expected, and the vignettes connect.

My favorite line is:

"worn clean through to Godliness"

A vast improvement over the only other bathroom poem that I can remember:

"He who writes on bathroom walls

rolls his shit in little balls.

He who reads these words of wit

eats those little balls of shit."

damn

"Barnes & Noble Restroom

Down on one, wide spread books

with brown tiles, no pattern,

very ?non?

our thoughts are our own

no architect knew how we would

or should think"

This is perfect. Perfect.

I already missed the first star tonight. What can I wish on to be able to see the world like this and then be able to write about it.
