Back deck...

Certainly brings back a lot of summer memories...making me so very glad I am no longer in the Texas heat and humidity but instead on the oh so cool Pacific. Nicely done.

Much more here....

only suggestion I could think of for improvement may be the addition of another colour. Like looking at a faded Maxfield Parrish. Hints, well done understatement.

love the length and potency of your poems

last two lines make this poem universal, an ethereal ceiling built upon the concrete base of the beginning set up.

the chirping I could live without

stick around, we are waiting for what is next...

The poetic eye has not forgotten…

Thank you LeBroz for retrieving such a magnificent "pure poetry"(don't ask me for definitions) for us from the archives!
