Certainly brings back a lot of summer memories...making me so very glad I am no longer in the Texas heat and humidity but instead on the oh so cool Pacific. Nicely done.

....than meets the eye. I must admit I sometimes wonder about the green E but not this time.

only suggestion I could think of for improvement may be the addition of another colour. Like looking at a faded Maxfield Parrish. Hints, well done understatement.

last two lines make this poem universal, an ethereal ceiling built upon the concrete base of the beginning set up.
