Said a man to the wind
"I can swim faster than the river flows"
the wind did not reply

Said the man to the river
"I can run faster than the wind blows"
the river did not reply

Said the man to the wolf
"I can swim faster than the river flows
and I can run faster than the wind blows"
the wolf ate him

Loved it!

Another great poem, love that the wolf ate him.

yeah

this was inspired by Aesop's Fables and those sorts of stories that explain things or illustrate morals and life lessons. This particular example is my own, but it probably very closely resembles existing stories. Felt like doing one with an amusing, ironic ending.
