As far as the theme of becoming stronger by the oppression, I figure how it could work in hindsight. But somehow I doubt that even you would go as far as prescribing to a dedicated community organizer in the following way: 'You know what, I know a great way to make us stronger, why won't we hire some bigots to call us the by the N word as it would strengthen the community...'
