Avra Beach is a hotel, Google tells me. And there is the "Aegina Music Festival" nearby. From the first stanza, I'm reading that either you've had a good time there, or that you are parting in disagreement to what you've seen there. "good buy to your style and Kitsch, it was good fun (while it lasted, until you sold yourself)". Interpretation largely depends on how one reads stanzas 2 and 3.

"Musical duties are released" — compromised ideals?

"Ghosts residential are free" — one who "haunts" is sent away?

"Room prices bound to be increased" — lots of people coming nonetheless

"Nothing of this to do with me" — I don't care anymore, nothing of this has anything to do with me, anymore. Washed hands?

Stanza 3 indicates to me that you were helping organize that, and that things changed and you are wishing them good luck with their new direction.

Line 11 seems to have a typo, "dum" instead of dumb.
