you make the point that we'll never know how others will react to our words. that's true, for now as well as the future. i'd missed this before, so ty for linking. x

Lines 3&4 are outstanding, Harry, I mean really good. They anchored me for the whole poem, and they fit.

I'd figure out another way to say the same in line 8. "Delete icon" doesn't work because it took me to computers when everything else in the poem expanded my universe. I was expecting more than Microsoft, Apple, or Samsung at that point.

The last line was great too. It left me thinking about so much.
