I seem to be one of those souls
Destined to be lonely
We share ourselves with everyone
But never to a one and only

I have your love, I have his
But never one of my own
I love you and I love her
Yet still search for love unknown

I hold your hand, I hold theirs
Yet I still walk alone
Yearning, dreaming, longing
My heart's a sinking stone

My heart feels so heavy
Tho it is filled with so much love
For the love I give so freely
Is the love I'll never have

I dream that someday I will find
Someone to call my own
Someone to belong to
A love that is not loaned

But for now I will give of me
All that I can give
To those whose love is as endless...

Until the time they leave
