I've been waiting :). Still like it and the thought behind it.

Liked it OB

but a bit too wide a swath at the end because it can mean so many things.

Like a lot

I like this a lot – especially the end pair of lines. They capture that dreadful lurch feeling when we sense that all is not as well as we thought.

It is strange. I have immense regard and respect for GM yet I nearly always find myself disagreeing at least in part with his comments.

As always what OB writes is as clear as a bell - no gnomic obscurity. As to what they have missed or lost – I don’t think he or she knows. I consider that uncertainty a key part of the feeling of loss, adding to the poignancy.

Oddly enough, I surprisingly often find myself agreeing with 1201’s comments. Just thought I would throw that one in.

At the root of it all...

...both need their own nourishment to survive and enough space to perform their individual dance to the wind's song. If both support each other to grow to their full potential, they will weather the darkest of storms.

The ending left to interpretation is perfect and thought provoking, hence my waffle above.

A well deserved 5
