Restless days
and an untouched body
whine in her
unwelcome thoughts
and confusion
run in her head
thirst for blood
and love
convulse in her
twisting and turning
in her bed
at night
when the silence
is deep and loud
loneliness is a monster
that stalks her every move
slobbering and poking
her every turn
reminding her he'll
never go away
fingers itching
lips hungry
tossing the blankets
stirring the sheets
searching the tunnel
of love
and finding nothing
but a mirror
distorted and full
of truths and lies
surrounded by
walls that don't
listen
caught in a
dead spider's web
going nowhere
but insane
