Keep walking away from me,
Away from all the problems,
Pretend like it’s not your fault too,
Go on blame it all on me,

What you see is just me,
No one else is going to fight for me,
This our battle, just yours and mine,
So why do you keep inviting others?

I can’t blame you for being scared,
I was as well, once upon a time,
But I’ve faced my insecurities,
I need to stop walking away,

You need to stop walking away as well,
I need you to stay; I need you to care,
I need you to be there for me,
Please don’t say you’ll stay,
When we know you want to leave,

If that’s how it’s going to be,
Just walk out the door now,
I don’t want you to lie to me,
I can’t listen to you, when you’re not true,

Walk away or stay,
We both know it’s your choice,
I’m not going to make it easy,
I’m not going to lie and say I don’t care,

I know I want you to stay,
But by all means walk away,
If that’s what you think you have to do,
Just to stay sane in this life.

Good read

Anguish, startled at reality, no it is not a dream - for fairy tales had departed with childhood. With grown up view of how things really are, we watch in silence at choices, what turn will you make?
