Great part 2, Q. I am enjoying this series very much and keep them coming quickly!

By the way, you put the name of the former drummer of Rush wrong in the story. His name was Neil Peart, not Neil Perth. I don't know if Lit allows you to edit a published story, but if they do you might want to correct that. He was one hell of a drummer.

I really love your work, and this story, with its 'music and fame' theme is right in my zone. I am loving it.

I wasn't sure I would like this series.

I guess I was wrong. The first and second parts of the series both received Outstanding Read ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating from me.

Thank you for creating them. I am looking forward to future additions to this series should you chose to add more parts.

If not I will be waiting for you next productions for our consumption,

Keep Writing

I enjoyed the hell of this story. Fell in love with the line "I was leaking like a faucet by then and he knew it."

Never heard an expression with that sense of humor embedded in it. 5*

Great story but his name was Neil Peart, probably the greatest drummer that ever recorded.

Very enjoyable and fun story! Like the development between Mason and Sasha. Like seeing Sasha growing into a responsible human, just waiting for her to Fuckup again LOL.

I’m almost never “that guy”… But, being a lifelong drummer, and a guy who lists this man at the top of my list of the best drummers ever.,.. I couldn’t let it go… His name was Neil Peart. Not “Perth”.

But the story though? 5/5 BRB

Excellent series so far. Am sure the other parts will be as good as the first two. I've no knowledge of the music industry but the description sounds accurate and believable. Even if its not I'm not worried as I'm just enjoying a quality story. BardnotBard

Enjoying the series. Your description of Juans band reminds me of a group I ran across on YouTube several years ago, called Metalachi. They play metal songs using traditional Mariachi instruments. Their take of Black Sabbath songs like Crazy Train are a trip.

Can you believe that soon I will have been writing here for ten years? I never imagined I'd last that long. I figured I would run out of story ideas long before now. Instead I've filed over a hundred story ideas yet to be written. I'm retiring in a few weeks. I'm going to us...
