Story is developing nicely. I wonder what Lorri's own mental view of herself is? - Devoted wife, loving mother? In a lot a ways she is. But how does she reconcile that with screwing Jake? ('I wasn't looking for it - it just happened?') Wonder if that would work for Monty?

She's setting herself up for a fall big time with Jake. He is a self-centered egotistical SOB who has no compunction about 'marking' her even though it could result in huge problems in her marriage. Obviously by getting Monty his 'promotion' he plans on continuing his activities with Lorri.

And what's with hanging on the the handkerchief? She can't empty the trash? Or does she subconsciously not want to get rid of it? Lorri is bored and needs a job. She'll really need one if Monty tosses her butt out after he finds out!

When in really a normal wife would not have cheated in the first place. And the hubby would rather have a faithful wife that the promotion in the first place. Does it matter if it is possible to see where the story is going? Does that stop anyone reading it? Not me - if I read a story and like it I do not criticise, but then I do not have a small mind.
