That's the difference between libs and conservatives: conservatives have principles they at least try to live by, while libs believe they are better people for NOT having principles. I have had countless libs tell me that principles are luxuries (I would tend to believe them more if they at least respected, or aspired to having principles as much as they do a nice pair of shoes.) I think libs think that principles enslave them. (like making sure your friends know you are faithful to your spouse).The truth is that ignorant, unprincipled bigotry--like this author demonstrates--is what permanently ensalves people.
