I'm not sure but I think it's Standford University in California, there is a requirement in their charter that they study parapsychosis or loose and have to pay back their original grant from some rich nutjob? Also Duke University has a similar program?

so why not in GB Uni's. Hell, Oxford and the others were hotbeds of religious extremism for centuries. And if it wasn't for the efforts of the brilliant Marquise du Châtelet to correct his math errors and translate incoherent Latin into French for publication of the complete Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica. To this day Isaac Newton would be considered a superstitious, astrology & bible code loon.
