My 2 cents...

I'll start with what would make a hot ending (to me anyway) then some suggestions for the 2 days before Amy's return.

I have really enjoyed the series so far. I love the way you create ridiculous scenarios (buried in sand, etc), and then make them both believable and erotic. I also like the way you vary the characters, moving some (like Amy) "offstage" for a while, so the story can take another twist. I hadn't expected it to work, but the teasing/voyeurism/tempting to just short of climax is simply brilliant.
