Mike smirking because he thought he was so smooth when texting. Iza smirking when she pushed Mike's hand out of the way to do what she wanted.

All of them are appropriate for smirking. Self-satisfaction at being able to know your lover so well. Conceit or self-satisfaction at having a little something on the side you are texting with, and thinking you are so smooth you are getting away with it. Superiority at having the tongue/mouth skills to please someone without needing that extra hand there to help.
