Heartwarming is pretty much an overworked word or phrase but it's the only way to describe this wonderful story. Thanks for restoring my interest in the stories on this site which lately have been getting pretty bad.

DG Hear i believe you spoke from your heart when you wrote that story because i was crying so much i had trouble reading the story i knew guys who had disabilies with no arms or legs when i was in a votech center i hope you write a epilog to this story i would love to see how Henry comes through the marriage and how Brad and amber do please DG i want to read more .

One of the best stories I have ever read

Although I knew Lil was Julies daughter from page 2, I knew that this being a DG Hear story it would be good. You did not disappoint.

And no, it was not too long. It was just right.

You may not get the same number of posters, certainly not the level of controversy (I am sure you could do without it) you have in response to your Loving Wives (or cheating wives as peggytwitty aptly put it), but almost all are flowing with praise! Like what’s not to like?

Building characters carefully, simmering the plot slowly and carefully (maybe a tad too slowly) and how can the final dish not be a gourmet?

I enjoyed your story. The perspective from a stripper held my interest that carried forward to want to understand the trucker. Lil read through as a real character and not as the one dimensional characters that so many write. I could see her clearly. Your character was harder to envision, however.

Potentially interesting story line, but waaay too long. The pacing just dragged. If you cut the length in half, the story would improve immensely.
