I am curious. Sara was lying face up tits up and holding her legs and yet she was prone. That doesn't work. Prone is face down.

Well, we finally got some hot intense emotional writing about what Sara is going through. Having the doctor give her a very explosive orgasm that left her exhausted was fantastic. I am sure it is going to cost her some punishment but maybe because the doctor touched her she would not get punished too harshly. Very good chapter.
