The McDonalds and Stewarts were after blood, and if they had advantage over the McRaes, they would have not given truce but would have killed them to the last man.

But it is a fine story so keep it coming.

Thanks John. They may very well have done that, but that would end the story there. I know truces were given in battles, but they never lasted more than a month at best and blood was spilled again.

I never knew what happened to you. This story was first posted about 2 or 3 years ago then somewhere between chapter 13 - 14 you removed the story and yourself from this site. What happened? I have glanced through this first 10 chapters to get reaquainted with the names. I remember the story well. I am anxiously awaiting the new chapters that have never been seen here.

I thought it was a brilliant story before and nothing has changed my opinion.
