Could Western civilization as we know it been influenced any more by a single woman than it has from Bridget. I just want you to kill off Ted Kenedy before he gets elected.

It seems that the 'officer' was a lousy shot if he was point blank range and only wounded the Rubens. When Bridget raced to the "distinctive sounds of .45 automatics", the only .45s at that time that were automatic would have been a Thompson sub-machine gun. I'm thinking they only had Colt 1911s, which are semiautomatic. Other than just some nit picking on my part, I still liked the story.
