Lovely story!

Omg so beautiful and billys dad sucks

I felt so many emotions with this story, all good in the end mind you, but I felt like I could envision the story not really as a Christmas hallmark movie, but a gay close enough kind of one. I felt so connected to this story, as I am in a loveless marriage right now, and honestly just going through the motions by now, and the fact that Shep had someone to go to and find love with and support was amazing, my spouse also chased away a lot of my ability to have friends that are my own, and now most of my "friends" were really not of my making, have nothing in common with me, and would definitely not be on my side if we separated, so this made me a little depressed and made me cry a bit, but made me so much more invested in the story. I am not saying that all spouses are like that, but mine is definitely close, and it not really the nagging part that gets me its the derogatory insults and other things on a daily basis. I have a kid so cant be exactly the same, and I would probably never put my kid through that, but my heart goes out to Shep and Billy for having the ability to be free and happy with each other. Hope you can eventually continue the story, as I think I might need another installment to keep me sane.

omgoodness, Brother-in-Law, this is my 2nd time reading this story. it's very long, (for me for as a digital read) but i really liked it even though they seem to not do much else but fuck and suck 🍆. being a hetero female i'm concerned they could get burned out of each other sooner rather than later. bravo!! i'd really like an update where shep's dad accepts them.

I love that Billy actually had the support of hid brother and girlfriend. It definitely makes it that much easier on him and shep having the love and support of alesst one family member on each side. I wish I could say I feel for his sister, but her being a bitch and treating shep the way she did makes me have no sympathy for her. Great love story😍

Im so scared for a minute that Billy will be left alone. Plot twists of cheating or sudden deaths characters makes me so nervous. So happy for Billy and Shep having someone to support them like hep's mom, Shep's co-workers, Wil and Tera. Such a nice read with a balance of passion and sweet cookies.

Your writing is just great. I love your character development and humor. You have such a knack for drawing out emotions. Billy and Shep belong together. Their happiness cannot be destroyed by the negativity of their parents and that witch Wendy. I did hate that Shep had to pay her alimony.

The ease in some families to tear themselves apart just because of sexuality is disturbing.

It's sad, but expected when dealing with idiotic ideology of a past millennium.

Both parts 1 and 2 were superb and I didn't wish for it to end, although I am happy for the four of them nevertheless. Relationships are tough enough without having to deal with the nonacceptance from family members. True love will always find a way to make it work. Looking forward to more chapters.

I really liked this story regardless of all the sex and ex wife I really indentified with both characters. When I came out I got disowned and in Christmas Day I wanted a Xmas call from my parents but no. At least he had someone from he's family over. Yeah I had my boyfriend and we're living together but a family member would've been nice...

I can't imagine parents "hating" their own children because they are gay. I know if my child ever told me that he was gay, I would support him 110%. I just don't understand why the parents got so angry. I mean, I know it happens but I guess I'm so naïve that I think a parent's love is unconditional and should always remain so.

Reading this made me realize that there are couples and family go through what I went and still going through. To find your soulmate and true love while the family tells you how ugly you are, how big an ass you are, that you are evil, that you are disgusting, than to be told that you are no longer family and that they will kill you next time they see you. I know that is sad but all I say is I still have my love and can live MY LIFE.... :(

I was delighted to read Billy referring to Shep as "my man"; at some point he thinks "this man of mine that I would sacrifice so much for" - Awwww !!

Their love is beautiful and Billy is kindness and solicitude personified; Shep is almost like a rather unsophisticated youth sometimes. He finally owned up to how much he needed to accept himself and his love and need for Billy. I'm happy for them.

Terrific story with great characters and plot. I agree that I'd like to see another chapter. There are a lot of issues that can be dealt with still: Shep and Billy's families, and Shep's continuing coming out. Plus the sex gets hotter and hotter and their love more tender. The ick quotient was always going to be high in this story. Doing your brother-in-law, whether you're gay or straight is umm...nasty. For that reason I wasn't a huge fan of this couple. I've gotta say though that the story was well resolved in Chapter 2. It seemed though that there was way too much sex (wait, did I just write that?!). I kinda felt like Billy was overcompensating and still insecure about Shep having been married to his sister.
