Their cabin was up on a small hill and had a deck that went out from the front about 15ft. They had such a pretty view of the lake. Their living room was narrow but long and had a big single pane glass window. She loved to sit on their couch and look out over the lake. Their cabin felt just like home to her sometimes. As she walked up the gravel drive, she could hear a radio playing down low. It was a classic rock station she knew well. They played 70, 80's and sometimes newer music. It was what she and her brother listened to growing up and still does. As she got almost to the top of the drive she could see a green pick-up truck parked behind the cabin in the shade.

"Oh my God" she thought. "It was Patrick's truck"! For a second she was all excited to see him but remembered that she was just a kid to him. She had had a major crush on him since she could remember. He was 8 yrs older, 5' 10 with a muscular build, easily tans, dark brown hair, brown eyes and great smile. He was quiet but friendly. Always spoke to her, sometimes picking on her to the point that would get her flustered because she knew he looked at her like a child.

About the time, she got to the tail end of the truck Patrick stood up in the front of the truck. He was bare-chested with some shorts and tennis shoes on. It took a second for him to notice her but she startled him. She said "Hey, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." He said "Oh that is okay Dawn; I was lost in deep thought". She asked "Anything wrong?" and he replied "No just have a lot on my mind right now." She asked did he just get here and he said "No got here yesterday. Decided to take a couple of days off and come down here to relax and figure some things out."

**************************************************

About that time he raised up and a second later realized he wasn't alone. He talked to her for a bit but tried to not make eye contact. He was a little embarrassed because he thought she would never look at him that way. He couldn't help but notice that she oozed sex appeal without even realizing it about herself. He tried to keep looking busy with something, anything he could.

**************************************************

She told him she was here for the weekend and dad & Ricky couldn't make it. He said "Yeah, dad & David are going with them. Mom and Amanda wanted to stay in town and shop while they were gone". She said "You didn't want to go?" He replied "No. Don't feel like I want to be around anyone right now". She excused herself and told him she was sorry to disturbed him and wouldn't bother him this weekend. He said "No. I don't mind you. It's just the crowds and all the noise, pointless chit-chat, you know?" She said "Yeah that is why I am here". I have to get away from school sometimes. Some kids are born with a silver spoon in their mouth and keep up with what everyone else is doing, wearing or heavy partying. I just can't relate to that and don't think I want to". He said "People like that, you will encounter throughout your life".

"I am heading into town to get some supplies for the weekend, do you need anything?" She asked. He said that he has been craving bacon all day and there was none in the freezer and he would love to have a big ole breakfast in the morning. She said "I can pick some up for you, speaking of which I probably need to get some eggs too." He said when he got there yesterday he didn't feel like stopping on the way down and survived on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and made some tea last night. She told him instead of them both either cooking or eating sandwiches separately; she could cook something good if he didn't mind the company. He said "Sounds like a winner to me". He asked how long until she left. She answered "Probably about 10 minutes". He said "If you don't mind waiting on me, I can take a quick shower and drive us into town." She said "Okay".

He said he would pull his truck over as soon as he was ready to pick her up. She agreed. As she walked back, it started dawning on her that if he was here since yesterday, did he see her jump in the lake naked. Would he tell his parents or tell her dad. She was so embarrassed and felt like the kid he thought her to be. Now she was about to ride into town with him and not know if he saw her naked. Damn, damn, damn is all she could think or say to herself.

*************************************************

Patrick put his tools up and headed inside for a shower. He could feel his face flushed and was nervous about riding into town with Dawn; but, then again he wanted to be near her. While he took his shower, he thought of their conversation outside. She was laid back, easy to talk to and put on no airs.

************************************************

She walked into the cabin and it was even cooler than before. She went to her room and tried to figure out what to do to her hair. Not much to do. It was half dry and half wet so she just opted to braid it in case they rode with the windows down. Her hair was mid ways down her back and medium brown with auburn highlights from the summer sun. She decided not to carry her purse so she just grabbed what cash she had and her debit card.

The more she thought about if Patrick saw her naked the more she could feel the heat come out of her face. She plopped down on the couch and tried to calm down because she didn't want her face to be all red when he pulled up. After about 10 minutes, she heard his cabin door shut then his truck start up and him pulling over to their cabin. She rose up and felt better, still embarrassed but no heat coming out of her face. She grabbed her shades just in case and closing the door on her way out.

He sat there with his shades on too and grinned at her. She gave a half-hearted grin back and jumped in the truck. He asked "We ready?" She said "Yep". The drive to town was only about 20 minutes. There were a couple of mom and pop stores on the way but really that is just for last minute stops of things people forgot or pee breaks.

She tried not to look too hard at him as they drove into town but he had on khaki shorts, a well worn blue t-shirt and could see the muscles in his legs and arms. The picture of him standing up in front of the truck with no shirt on, gave her a shot of adrenalin and arousal wrapped up together. He had put on some cologne that he would wear sometimes that drove her crazy. She loved the way it smelt on him. She could tell that he was a man now and not the young guy she had a crush on at first. She could feel a stirring between her legs and her breasts were starting to ache. She was trying to stop thinking of him like that and figure out how to ask if he saw her earlier and would he tell on her.

While she was deep in thought, he asked her something. She said "Huh, what?" He said "How old are you now?" She said "19 will be 20 in less than 3 weeks". He said "That's right; your birthday is the week before the 4th of July". She said "and yours was the 2nd week in April". He said "Yep, didn't know you knew that". Dawn said "I know a lot about you. Our families have been friends for so long that it is hard to not know". He said "True". He asked what her major in school was. She said "I am double majoring. My major is in accounting and minor in world history." He said "Accounting and history, that's a different combination." She said "I have always been fascinated by history but know it will not pay the bills. Since I also love math and good with numbers, I decided that accounting will put food on the table and history will fulfill my intellectual needs."

He said "Well you have thought that through". She said "Dad made sure Ricky and I was grounded because you never know what the future holds. Look at him and mom. He wasn't expecting to raise two kids on his own but he did and willing to bet that he gave up some things for us". I will never forget how he has been there for us and how we can bounce around ideas with him". Patrick said "You know you have a good head on your shoulders and a good heart. Don't ever lose that. It will take you far in life". She said "Thanks, I think that is the first time I have heard you talk to me without treating me like a kid". He said "like a kid?" She said "Yeah, you and David always seemed to treat me like I was just some dorky kid". He said "You are not a dork and you are certainly not a kid anymore".

A flash of her jumping in the lake came to mind again and felt a lump in her throat. She was embarrassed but thought the hell with it and asked "Patrick can I ask you a question and you be totally honest with me?" He said "Sure, what's wrong? She hesitantly asked "Did you see anything odd or different today?" He said "Like what?" Before she could get her next sentence out, she noticed his face was getting red. Dawn said "Like something I shouldn't be doing on the pier." He was quiet for a sec and said "I'm sorry I wasn't trying to spy on you but heard your car and when I walked to the top of the drive to wave. I didn't see you. So I was walking back to my truck and could hear someone walking on the main pier. I walked to the other side of the cabin and saw you, well...well you know." She begged "Please Patrick don't tell dad or Ricky! I only did it 'cause I thought no one was around". He said "Are you worried I will tell on you"? She replied "Yeah." He said "You didn't do anything that anyone else wouldn't have done in your shoes". "Would you have done it" she asked. He started to laugh a little and said "Hell I did it yesterday. That is why I didn't stop. It was so hot out and couldn't wait to take a cool dip". She said "Really?" He said "Really, look I won't tell anyone if you don't". She said "My lips are sealed" She thought "Whew what a load off my mind". Now she realized he did see her naked. She wondered what he thought. How did she compare to his wife, other women he had had or seen? "Hmm..." she thought to herself.

They headed to the gas station first so he could fill up his truck and then went to the grocery store. She inquired what was he in the mood for dinner, he said "A steak would be nice but didn't know if it would be too hot to fire up the grill". She said "If it was we could always take a dip" as she smirked at him. She could see his cheeks get a little pink but thought she caught a glimpse of a smirk as he turned his head to look away.

They decided on steak tonight with homemade fries and grilled chicken with some canned veggies on the side tomorrow night. They also grabbed some fudge & vanilla ice cream. He asked if she minded if he grabbed a six-pack of beer. She told him "Go ahead". Everyone usually drank something when they came to the lake, well except her because she was under age. He asked if she wanted anything. She told him she was good. He said he wouldn't tell. She said "Sometimes I do have a drink or two but not really a drinker". She insisted she was good but thanked him for the offer. He said "Okay, do we have everything we need?" "Yep" she replied and they went to the check-out. She waited to see what her share of the food was going to be and he said "Don't worry about it. I got this." She said "Are you sure" He replied "Oh yeah. It's the least I could do since you offered to cook". She smiled and started grabbing bags from the sacker. He grabbed the rest and they went out the door.

They put the bags on the seat between them and he asked "Anything else"? She shook my head "No". They drove back and pulled up to the gate. Since she didn't bring her keys, he got out and used his key to unlock the gate again. "God he looked good" She thought. She tried to not look like she was watching him as he got back in the truck and pulled the truck through. She said, "I will lock it". She got out and closed the gate. She pulled the chain around the posts and locked it up. When she turned around, she caught him staring in the side mirror at her. She felt a little embarrassed, nervous and somewhat self conscience. All of a sudden, she started getting that stirring feeling again between her legs. She wondered why she was so sexually attracted to this man. She knew she was getting moist between her legs and it wasn't the heat.

She got in the truck and neither one of them said anything driving into the camp. The 3rd cabin they passed had old man Dunlap's truck parked by it. That meant he was down for the weekend. As they turned the curve to where their cabins were she looked and didn't see anyone else. He stopped the truck and asked if they wanted to cook at his or her cabin. She said "Mine should be pretty cooled down by now and I am use to the kitchen". He said "Okay yours it is". We pulled up and each grabbed the bags. She opened the door and went and sat her bags on the kitchen table. He followed and did the same.

She asked "What time did he want to eat"? He said "How long you think it will take to cook"? Dawn replied "A little over 30 minutes and I need a shower". Since it was a quarter to 5, he said "How about 6". She said "That will give me plenty of time". Patrick said he would go back over to his cabin until she got showered. She told him "You don't have too. You can watch TV while you wait unless you need to take care of something". He nodded and said okay. He helped her pull the stuff out of the bags. She unwrapped the steaks to season them and let them marinate. She peeled some potatoes, sliced them up and let them sit in a bowl of water.

She told Patrick, she was going to go get in the shower and everything was set if he wanted to start the grill for her. He said Okay. She went to her room and picked up the bag with her personal items, grabbed her robe and the towel she used for her hair earlier. She went to the bathroom and shut the door. She looked in the mirror and just stared at herself realizing that she was on a slow burn just having him in the next room. She started taking her clothes off. She could feel how wet she had become throughout the day. She could smell the aroma of her own juices.

She started the shower to let the water heat up. She placed everything she would need in the shower caddy. She grabbed her toothbrush and began brushing her teeth, out of habit. She cracked the window to keep the mirror from fogging up and keep the bathroom from being too humid. She unbraided her hair and got in the shower.

She stood there letting the water run on her body, face and it felt good. She couldn't believe that he saw her naked. Then she thought what if the roles were reversed and she saw him. She would have loved to see that picture as she smirked. A picture of him jumping in the lake nude came to her mind. She could picture the contour of his body. She could still remember the smell of him from climbing in the truck earlier. She wondered what his penis would look like, short, long, lean, thick, circumcised, uncircumcised, maybe even curved. She knew before this night to be over with she would be masturbating like crazy but really didn't have time now. She wanted to but was also afraid he would hear her moan. When she came, she never knew how quiet or loud she would be. It varied depending on the orgasm.

He heard the water turn on in the bathroom and tried to not think about that she was naked just feet away. He went to go start the grill up hoping that will keep his mind busy. He got it set up and lit. As he sat there watching it get going, he looked out over the lake. He tried not to picture her nude body, but he was failing big time. His cock was semi-erect. He tried to hold himself back because he thought of all the reasons that he shouldn't think of her like that. He headed back in and turned on the TV. He sat there half watching TV and half thinking about Dawn. He heard the water shut off. He looked down to make sure he wasn't bulging too much.

*************************************************

Even though she just took a hot shower, her nipples were hard as rocks. She tried to press them back down but it was no use. She was turned on and would have to go through the night on a slow burn. She dried off, wrapped her hair in a towel and put her robe on. She took a deep breath, opened the bathroom door and walking out. She headed straight to her bedroom telling Patrick, she will be ready to start cooking in 15 minutes. Patrick told her "No rush. Take your time". He really meant it. He wanted his bulge to go down some.

She went into her bedroom and got dressed. She grabbed another pair of shorts and a T-shirt. She wished she had packed some nicer clothes so she could wear something that covered her nipples. At least the t-shirt had a design on the front that she hoped would hide them. She unwrapped her hair, brushed it out and blew it dry. She just put it up in the back nothing fancy but the most she could do in a short time.

She came out of her room and asked Patrick, "Is the grill ready"? He said "It should be but I will go check to make sure". Part of Dawn had butterflies and part sad. She knew he would never think of her as a woman. So she concentrated on getting dinner ready. She turned on the grease for the fries. Patrick came back in and she asked him "Do you eat spicy stuff?" He said "Yeah, love it". She told him she had some Creole seasoning that she liked to put on her fries. It would make them taste kind of like seasoned fries with a slight kick. He told her to go ahead. If he liked them, he would have to start trying that. He said "The grill is ready whenever you are". She handed him the steaks, and asked if he minded taking care of them while she did the fries. She told him she liked hers cooked medium-well.

They got everything ready and she sat the table. He asked which steak she wanted. She said "The smaller one". She asked if he wanted tea or a beer with dinner. He said "Beer". She sat their drinks down and said "We ready?" He nodded yes. They sat down, began eating, and talking about college life and his job. Each had funny stories and jokes to tell. They both loved how this night was going. Patrick thought he had no idea that this was probably the best thing that could have happened to him this weekend. He thought he needed to be alone but he felt 10 times better just being here with Dawn.

She asked if she was being too noisy by asking about what he said earlier about relaxing and figuring some things out. "Is something wrong?" she asked. He nodded his head and said "Yes but no. Nothing has happened but thinking about my life, my future, my love life or lack of one, if and what I need to change about myself. Just what am I looking for in a woman, a partner, and you know all that stuff".

Dawn could see that the man that had been sitting up enjoying himself tonight, turned into a slumped over guy with a lost look. She apologized if she depressed him. He told her he was glad to be talking to someone about it. He had thought so much about all of this that he was almost numb and not sure what step to take next. She reached across the table, grabbed and squeezed his hand. He looked up at her and she was looking at him with such care and concern. His heart just melted. He wanted to kiss her right there and then.

She asked "What do you think you need to change about yourself? He said "I don't know. I have just been soul searching to see if I was not doing all that I could". Dawn softly said "Patrick, I have known you for a long time. I may not know all your stories, or every character trait you have but I know that you are one of the good guys in this world. You are honest, hard working, a good friend, and perfect just as you are. I wouldn't change a thing about you." He smiled at her and squeezed her hand back. He said "I wish there were more women like you out there".

She couldn't believe she heard him refer him as a woman. She got flustered and started to tear up. Her heart was aching and she couldn't hide what she was feeling. He had a concerned look on his face and asked "Are you okay". She nodded yes, got up and ran outside. She didn't know where she was going but she had to get away from him and that moment. She felt she couldn't breathe. She was embarrassed that she started crying in front of him. She felt so foolish. She heard the door open and Patrick saying her name "Dawn?" She was trying to dry her tears but hearing him say her name made new tears fall. She never answered but he could hear her sniffle.
