I liked this. It sounds like you are looking for more than a good fuck, though. Sounds more like what you want is a relationship or something like "love" with a good fuck attached to it.

You've done an excellent job setting the scene, providing just enough detail for the reader without going into a long explanation about the boyfriend. The annoying roommate who won't leave them alone is a really nice touch. Great dialogue. Really hot.
