The 2 weeks went by slowly. It felt more like 2 months and Billie missed her soo much. She sometimes teases and embarrasses him and sometimes she makes him jealous but she is so beautiful, and he does love her so much. When she kisses him he just melts in her arms.

Myself, I don't go for it to that extent, and I suspect your lack of ratings have something to do with most people feeling that way. However, people who really like the humiliation - people such as a former sub who wanted me to spit on him and call him worthless, for example - will probly love this story when the happen upon it. It's not badly written, you just need to have a major degradation fetish to appreciate it.
I myself would've liked more details about the father and daughter having sex. I know you were writing more from the psychological, humiliation angle, but I don't have to like it!
Maybe edit your description line to something with the word 'humiliation' or the like in it; might attract the kind of reader who will appreciate your story.
