November 5th, 2013 at 11:15 pm (USA/NY eastern time) I submitted the final instalment of DARK ANGEL. It'll take about a month to go through it, correct any errors, add or take stuff out before finally putting it up for sale on Amazon. So maybe sometime before Christmas you might find it on amazon. Same as always, paperback and Kindle version will be available for purchase. And then, once again, I'll be taking a break from submitting anything else so I can spend time with my family, because this hobby can be obsessively time consuming, even though I love it. Thanks to all who voted, kisses and hugs to all who commented and/or sent emails--you kept my spirits up and compelled me to continue. I hope you don't forget me while I'm gone, because I certainly won't forget you. Lot's of love-LH

Well, it looks like Garethiel grew up a little! Too bad his parents are jerks. What the heck was going on with Rayne asking to save Boy-Rayne? I need to understand her story too!

I can't wait to laugh out loud at Ashriel and Garethiel's parents' change of heart when they eventually find out their new granddaughter is full seraphian- ah, the messed up vanity over blood.

But my main point is that Ashriel is my absolute favourite character in this series! All the reaper and seraphian males and their male descendants are enigmatic but Ash just does it for me- even though Dava and Lucien are my type! This installment may have been "vanilla" compared to the others in the story, but I always found that I could relate to Ashriel strongly. And now I have a thing for the Reapers as described in this series- haha.

I must say that I can't wait for the installment centred on Seth. Since everybody gets knocked up, I wonder if we'll be reading of black and white flying tiger cubs?

I love Ashriel, his strength and honor and his humility. He is certainly as beautiful inside as he is outside. I'm very glad you commented about the parents because while I was editing this story for publication, my computer crashed and the last four chapters of this book were lost. I had a PDF copy which I had to print in order to restore the ending, but I find myself making some major overhauls and plot changes and your comment has just inspired my to write in such a scene. Thank you!!!

Ashriel played the vid in their "playroom". Remember? It was Lucien with Anniel when she was pregnant from Garethiel (baby Gareth/Cyneolle). I wrote a Short story about it, Lucien's point of view.
