Kazuo has a high ranking position in a Japanese company. When he was foond by the Mexican Doctors they sent his fingerprints dental records etc out into the real world.

According to the story since Kazuo has been to America many times and Japan is highly advanced nation the idea that both the Japs and the Americans would NOT reply AND that wouLd Both drop the ball at the same time is absurd .
