'I am glad you decided to ask me to help' he says as you stand opposite him, the coffee table between you. 'You should probably take a shower when you get home'. Anonymousalmost 10 years agoWhy is it that stupid authors want to make the reader the centre of their story, when they know nothing about them. I may be female, I may be male, I may be a lesbian. All of these people find your use of second person in telling your story a little off putting if not downright offensive. Leave second person to letters to love ones, birthday cards or tech manual. it certainly doesn't work here
