I have one issue with the story, however. I can imagine getting off in a non-consentual situation, however unlikely it may be in reality. But absolutely not immediately after a brutal rape. That one piece screwed up my suspension of disbelief, and ruined the whole thing. It was especially unbelievable after he had been careful enough and caring enough to protect her head from harm during the first tackle take-down. Surely he would have been strong enough to force her submission in a less brutal manner.

Just sayin'.
