Which are the Scots Stories? The ones I looked at were very good and without peculiar or unusual phrases.
This is beautifully weighted and balanced. The spare prose emphasising the passion. It won't win either contest but it's one of my erotic favourites from the batch. You don't half write a good short story.
Thanks for sharing this sweet tale of love. Gives one hope to read such things.
I liked this story, but it left me wanting another chapter. Is that a writer's dream or what?
Thank you Your Majesty,
The kind of proper attitude (in the end) we miss so much.
It was good of you to write it.

What a truly lovely story Ogg. Simple but eloquent. You said so much in such a short space of time. Good luck!
Why in the world does he feel he needs his EX-wife's blessing, even without considering that *she* cheated on *him* while they were still married.
You have a superb gift for bringing out the humanity in your characaters. It just proves the Great Og can write first-rate short, short stories.

I've really come to appreciate Og's touch: gentle, humane, and civilized, and surprisingly refreshing. This one sparkles.
and I very nice story. I'm reminded of the phrase 'false hope is better than no hope at all', but it seems that this story has a happy conclusion. Time can indeed change and work wonders. I can only imagine the tension and anticipation upon meeting again. Best wishes
Man, you really know how to throw mud at your characters! But it can all work well in the end. The world moves in mysterious ways. Nice story!
Touching without being maudlin, a good look into the possiblities of life. As they say, it ain't over until the fat lady sings!
Very inspirational tale. Good things do indeed come to those who wait and it's never too late to be reunited with your longtime love.
I do believe this is the most realistic story I've ever read on Lit. Thank you, Og! ~Imp
