I have a few objections on scientific grounds, but the fantasy was very arousing. I would simply change the premise behind it slightly by making it more of a science fiction piece and having the caveman time travel instead of being conventionally frozen, which would damage his cells beyond repair. Also, Neanderthals were in Europe, not Colorado. Isaac Asimov did a time-travel piece involving a Neanderthal boy, but unfortunately there was no sex in his story.
