Anonymousover 11 years agoWhile I am really enjoying this story, I am a little confused about everyones age. Let me see if I have this straight. He has a sister 2 years older while he is 18, and his mother has a sister 3 years older who is 33 in his aunt. Doesn't that mean his mother is 30 and had his sister at 10 and him at 12. It is a little more believable it his mother is atleast 3 years older than his aunt, This is the only thing that really bothered me here. Other than that I am really enjoying the story.

Anonymousover 5 years agoWikipedia lists 39 mothers who gave birth at UNDER 10 years of age, including 12 who were UNDER 9 years. The youngest father listed was 13, and the oldest 70!
The youngest mother was Lina Medina, who, at 5 years 7+ months, gave birth to a healthy boy, by cesarean section in Peru in 1939. He died in 1979 at age.40. She is still alive at age 85. Father of her child never revealed and possibly was not known. Her menarche (first menstrual) came at age 8 MONTHS. This pregnancy and birth were well documented by pictures and records by doctors and by newspaper accounts at the time.
So, for Handsome to be born when his mother was 10 is not impossible, but since it is a fictional birth at a fictional age, I suspect that the author just overlooked the math when assigning ages.
I like sex education stories. This is a bit different from some, but in a good way. Another great sex education story is the overlooked, but beautiful and heartwarming, Educating Dustin Rhodes by Mindventure.

Sweboalmost 3 years agoClearly there's a lot of strange time distortions going on in this story, but there's an easy explanation. Mom and Aunt Nicole must have traveled at speeds fast enough for time dilation to have occurred causing them to age more slowly than our protagonist, etc. Happens all the space/time, nothing to see here. Please move along...😉
