Communication is key, and withholding isn't conducive to keeping a healthy relationship, but it's a nice twist to keep the fucking "for her" (and totally appropriate as written by the pervy husband). Heck, it opens it up for good sequels and maybe disclosure. As for reasons, logic, etc., Nah. Reason often goes out the window when folks are in the zone. DDD? Sure, there are issues, but this isn't a technical breakdown, it's an erotic story. The pacing is good, the characters feel real and the tension was excellent. Nice story.
