Just when I had finished and posted about Ch. 5, I reloaded the page and there was Ch. 6! My treat for the day and absolutely lovely.
Really want to see Gavin and Dev get their friendship back, but I know they'll have to slog through the heartbreak to get there.
And just a side note... I have several friends from Canada and they DO have a Thanksgiving, it's on the Second Monday in October.
these stories are wonderful i cant wait for you to post the rest. I am fascinated to know what happens next. keep them posting and iam a supporter of your work it is very well plotted and the characters draw you into the story and you can imagine every scene they are in. best that i have read on this so far. the story is very wonderful and i love them. cant wait to get the next chapter just fell in love with these series. :)
You just took it up another notch! Most excellent.
Merci beaucoup chérie.
i loved it! but dude. we have Thanksgiving in canada, its just in october -.-
I'm, well, like WOW! I mean, I'm speechless! I wasn't expecting such a beautiful, amazing and lovely story. I can't wait for the next chapter. :)
The scene with Gavin in the beginning was really filled with emotion. For me, it did a great job of pulling me into the place we've all probably been when someone you love doesn't return your feelings. Gavin's pain and his feeling of not being enough really came through. It was a great scene. I think it was very poignant when Devon said 'I was his Lucas'. It's a hard moment to be on the other side and know you're causing the pain someone else caused you at some point.
I'd really like it if you could put the translations of the French Kayden uses at the end. I really wanted to know what he was saying.
I'd love to read Casidee's story next!

I think you're doing a great job with this story. You have a way with words and as well as showing your characters emotions and motivations. What I can't figure out is why this story isn't rating higher. It's really good--way better than some of the stories with much higher ratings. Keep writing!
cant wait for another to come out hope it does. i enjoyed these chapters a lot. :)
I'm so hooked on this story. I can't wait for the next chapter. Please don't keep us waiting....
The first Thanksgiving in Canada was celebrated on 6 November 1879.
PS....the contractions of "you are" is spelt "you're" not the possessive your.
I just found this amazing story but would kill for you to come back and finish it! The emotion, the pain and heartbreak are so real and easily felt while reading. This just makes the happiness and joy stand out while feeling that giddiness of a new crush/love! And looking up, translating Kayden's words to Devon is extremely hot! Amazing writing, wish you would finish.....
Yes, Canada has a Thanksgiving, it's in October. Canada had a Thanksgiving statutory holiday before the states. You have Canadian readers so try and get your facts right.
