I really liked this story and i really like your writing and vocabulary. My only minor gripe would be why does Daniel have to be called the most handsome every other paragraph. Kinda makes me think the romance is a little more shallow than it would be otherwise. I mean hes already distinguished, sucessful,wealthy, but he's also the most beautiful man alive too? Makes it a no brainer to fall for him whether hes an ass or not...ya know?.... But great tale

I've been complaining that this sounded like a silly Romance story and forgot I like romance stories. I didn't care for this one but the writing kept me going, and then the story drew me in, it all came together, the characters real...so at last, a solid two thumbs up...5...now I wish it could go on.

I went on this website to quickly relieve myself of some sexual tension, but I found this and it's amazing. I've fallen in love with characters and their development, you should definitely look into professional writing, I know I'd be one of your biggest fans if you did.

Over the years I have read many series stories but never saved to re-read. This one is a keeper. I studied as an architect and it hit home with me. I never got that perfect job, ended up in a government job, but there I did meet my wife of 44 years.

Hmmm, shall I start another Firstkiss story? 😁

Thank you for sharing it. It was a wonderful read. It worked for me on all levels. Well written (Including good grammar and spellings :D), perfectly crafted, nice characterisation, the story line has the right amount of technicality but not too much, it's romantic, and yes it has a very dominating male protagonist (which I usually stay clear of), but the female protagonist is so strong that it creates the perfect balance.

This story was so good I would have given it 10 stars if I could.

I quite enjoyed the story. The only problem is I was more interested in the architecture than the sex.I wanted to hear about them proceeding with the plans and repairing the building, dealing with contractors.

I love the way you develop and weave your stories...Daniel and Clara were distinctive individual characters ..i could see them fighting and making love they jumped off the pages!!!!!! Thank you for a brilliant story!!!!!!!! Keep up the wonderful work.......

I don't remember the last time I felt so compelled to read through the entire 10 chapters of a story as quickly as possible!! I had to steal moments by myself throughout the entire day yesterday because any pause in my reading started causing me tiny bouts of anxiety!! ;D truly an enjoyable read!! I hope you're still writing, because you're very good at it!! (and seriously, I will be keeping my eye out for a real-life Daniel... I have, after all, always had a thing for dragons.) :D :D

If you only read a handful of Literotica stories, put this series as read #1. I have never read a better female character in my life......simply stunning. I know this isn't a new story, but I beg the author to continue on. There are many chapters in their life journey to be told...so many tears...so many smiles...so many laughs. The best!

WITHOUT QUESTION, this is the MOST amazing story I've read on literotica. I love the fact that it was a well written and conceived story, with or without the sexual content. And that it could stand alone without it.

Many of the stories I've read on this site seem to be: person meets other person, sex, person moves to new location, sex, meaningless conversation, sex, cheesy "climactic event", sex....

Not so here!

That really was a beautiful ending. It seems that some author's really screw over their story with an anticlimactic ending that is so rushed and ridiculous it ruins the whole story, but this ending...well...it was just perfect. It only took me a couple hours to read, but this story truly is one of the best I've read. Honestly, this should have been under romance, but that's just my opinion.

I just finished the series and I loved it! Every story kept me interested and the ending is perfect. Daniel and Clara are such wonderfully written characters. You are seriously a gifted writer. Don't stop writing!

This was the perfect ending to a phenomenal story. I thoroughly enjoyed it, from start to finish.

This was darn near a perfect story. I loved the characters, the plot, the sexual heat and the romance. In fact the only thing I found wrong, other than the occasional typo was the jeep; the first time he drivers her jeep it had a sticky clutch and later when she drove it she put it in park. Seriously, if the only thing wrong in a story is it's miraculous change from a standard to an automatic then it is one well written story. Thank you for sharing it.

You have excellent writing technique, great timing, you can flesh out a character in a few measly words ... but a woman that's so deep in lust with Daniel would have kissed IT. Is the author too shy? Grin! :)

Also, it's so formulaic I'm not sure I'm buying it as a personal fantasy, but I forgive it because it's brilliantly executed. 50 deserved stars from me. :)

I mean this in all seriousness. You're a fantastic writer, your characters have depth and passion, and above all, they are BELIEVABLE - which is surprisingly hard to come by in erotica and romance novels. I found this story just as I was starting to think about dinner, and it's kept me riveted even to the point of ignoring my growling stomach. I just had to know what would happen next!

The sex scenes were, well, something I wish I could experience. And I loved the way she was his equal but also sometimes submissive to him. The balance they were finding in their relationship was endearing and made them both somehow more likable.

Again, I think you should consider going for a novel-length story with this plot or something entirely fresh to you, and seeing what an agent thinks about it. You have the talent, and I know I'd buy your books!

On the other hand, female characters written by the typical male author of erotica are no less idealized, and with characteristics very few real-world women already possess or could ever develop So what you have written is perfectly fair, and I have greatly enjoyed your providing the opportunity for me to experience your thoughts and fantasies. Boy, where do you find a guy like Daniel? I love your story. Love it! I love a man who knows what he wants, sure of himself, and in control of his life, well, all to a certain extent of course! WOW!!! I don't want to simply be a repeat of all the other comments left here and on the other chapters, but I just wanted to say that this was probably the best story I have EVER read! (And believe me, I read tons :P)

The humor was witty and absolutely fantastic ("when a man and a woman do what you and your daniel have been doing with what i am sure is alarming frequency..." ROFLMAO!!!) and I completely fell in love with all the characters.

Lastly, I thought I'd mention a weird thing that happened to me multiple times. At least once in every chapter (pretty much every time Daniel and Clara were having any sort of physical contact at all ;D) I'd get this weird tingly feeling in my whole entire body - especially my fingertips. Sometimes it was so intense that i couldn't even continue scrolling down the page!

I think that proves that this is a truly magnificent story, as I have NEVER had a story do this to me! Thanks so much! Now I'm off to read every one of your other stories.

This story left me a bit sad in that it stopped, period. It could have 5, 10, 20, 50 chapters and I would have read them all with relish! Having read everything this author has written and published here, I can honestly say, Firstkiss is one of the best writers on the site. She is an endearing, sensitive and wise story teller. So it is not just that the stories are wonderful but that she has so much talent and draws so powerfully on her own odyssey that it all gets infused into her work, and, I am afraid, masks the great challenge good writing is. It can lead us to believe these things can just be produced overnight. Well, they can't. I am honored to have read this author as I have few others here. I think that says something very important.

I've recently discovered your work, and this is one amazing piece of fiction, not to mention erotica! The sex scenes are hot, but more importantly (for me anyway), the story rocks! It's not easy to write an inter-office romance; there are so many issues involved (especially this one wherein the hero is her boss), but you handled it beautifully. Oh, and next time, could you write something about more 'ordinary' looking guys & gals, maybe write about someone with issues (socially inept, geeky, weight-related, insecure, trauma, PTSD, STD, etc.). This should - and easily could - have been just a sappy love story, but despite the cliché-like storyline it's fantastic. You write well, the dialogue is believable yet more perfect than real life. Congratulations on your story!
