I'm no fan of this kind of incest either, but in this supernatural context, it's not so objectionable. The author is slowly being driven mad by the demon's escalating perversion, and this seems like exactly the kind of perversion that would drive one mad. This works for me, but it's only half way through the story. I'm curious to see how Grace is going to escalate beyond this.
