Nitpicking on the real world. She should have discussed this with her husband as he'll be devastated if he learns later that the kids arn't his. I would have rejected her notion of getting it over with, that conception should be an act of joy. I would have made better reading too.

But as is it was quite good and I enjoyed it. Backstory was good too

This is a good start - very unlikely premise, but fleshed out and written well enough to bring out the erotic nature.
