dumb bringing in a third party for no reason

I agree - don't like the third person brought in, it just looks slutty.

This is a story about Barry and Mark - and there are only 5 chapters. Ch 2 was wasted on two horrible flopped dates and now Ch 4 brings in a rando mom and a third guy for no reason. This would be better spent exploring the growing attraction between these two men. Story is losing steam and focus on Mark and Barry. Why? Didn’t like it and don’t see the point.
