As a result of Jon's return, Matt and I met and fell in love with Jon's other wife, Molly. She fell for each of us too. When the idea came up of sharing ourselves with each other, it seemed natural and not at all at odds with what we should have been doing. We set society's norms and customs aside in favor of our own. We also go out of our way to set our own needs and egos aside in favor of the others. We often use Molly's approach for keeping love in our complex relationship, and it works. Molly said it best one day with some saying she paraphrased: "Life is short: break all the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything."
