that was a really great story. There were so many great aspects. I love that he had watched her throughout her life. It was sweet that her mom saved her. Cute that she is a water dragon which is where they met. I didn't quite get why he was completely opposite personalities in each form and I like that he melded them a bit in the end.

I want to know what the heck those letters are at the beginning of the title!

I agree that you should write more of their story. It is sad that she won't get to know her brother. Maybe she can follow him a bit and know him later. Maybe her and Jareth and kill the king together! :)

Fantastic read. I loved the slow burn and climax. Need to see more of these two as they adjust to being a mated pair, and visiting her family(hint hint)

Very much enjoyed this story, especially the big teasing lead up. I would have liked to see a bit more exposition done on the immediate threat of her family, but in the grand scheme of things the story telling works very well. I look forward to more!

I picture the dragon as the one in the movie "Dragon Heart". It's voice was done by Sean Connery. Don't know if this was you inspiration but it sure brought the characters to life for me.
