It's nice to know you haven't forgotten that many of us have enjoyed your story and want more. I will patiently wait for more. Just knowing that this fight has ended and that Mac can now go find Gemma is enough to hold me over until you get back from your vacation. An update! Thank you! Short as it may be, it really is a comfort. It's understandable that you haven't been able to write, sometimes people have even less time on their hands while they're on vacation than when they're not. o.o I'm happy you found the time to write and post this up, though~ I mean, for one, it's cool to see Mac's side...Also, very good to know you're still around. Couldn't have appeased any growing impatience any better way, I believe. xD

Also answered something that was I was wondering about, so another plus. Namely...if I got it right, the reason they're going so nuts and into rut is because Gemma doesn't smell like just ANY wolf in heat, but an...alfemme, then. Whether it was mentioned in the last chapter and I missed it, or it wasn't something we were suppose to get yet, or something, I didn't understand get that part before. :3 Anyway, makes sense. So, awesome!

Now, hope to find out what picchu, shiele and the like mean exactly... :p By the way, it's something I really like, little details like those words and such that you include. ^^

On a note, since I didn't comment on the last one - I don't agree with what...I don't remember their name said about your writing style. It's one of the best things! You don't just say a character is sad, or ecstatic, or panicking, you SHOW it in the very way you put it into words, and it's amazing! It makes one really get into it, or at least it does so for me. But perhaps it it's JUST me. xD Iunno. Really, as long as you're writing how it best flows and how it best feels for you, I'm sure it'll be a great read anyway.

Though I admit at the same time, mention of it coming to an end eventually kinda saddens me. Oh, don't get me wrong - I want to read more, see how it turns out, and really hope to get to see a happy ending for Gemma and Mac...It's really just how I am with stories I like - want to know the ending, don't want it to end. :p Can't be helped!
