Started off good, but you lost the plot somewhere along the line. It could have been a great story, but ended up being one of the worst I've read.

I thought the writer was doing quite well at first. The hole-in-the-ground was bit silly, but then, we don't insist on absolute reality in our fantasies.

And then the story went off in orgy of guns and violence, even extreme violence by the 'hero'. As a foreigner, this sort of thing really grates. Shaking my head in disbelief...
