Why?

This is the last of all miedsal stories I read. I rated the others 5 stars. If this one had been first, I might not have read all the others.

What is the point? We are told of his guilt . And the reason for it, which he has told no one, which means we can't know it. But we do know, so he did tell.

But why? He feels guilty about killing the baby she intended to kill. As I write this the thought comes, is that the point? Is it about abortion? He feels he murdered a person that she was going to kill (as a nonhuman fetus?).

I don't know why I was introduced to the dark meanderings of his guilt ridden mind. Was it to rain on my fun feelings after reading Pernilla Turns Fifty? I don't need that.

2 stars -- if rating were allowed.
