Anonymousalmost 19 years agoI loved the story, but the characters need to do some soul searching. Why marry at all if you aren't really ready to commit?
Anonymousover 18 years agoBeautiful work, in every respect. I, for one, understand how two people can marry and not have sex for a time, or ever, for that matter: it's intimacy of the soul that matters in the end, not that of the body. There are a couple of very minor grammatical and syntactic errors though, which slightly disrupted the flow of the story. For your future work, I'd suggest getting an editor to go over the text just to look for simple mistakes. I make plenty of mistakes too when I write. :) Keep up the good work!

there are historical accounts beyond the modern fairy tale of first wedding nights that show that the first time is OFTEN built on time and trust, not an arbitrary night after so much ceremony and exhaustion. this includes arranged marriages, and in-love first timers.
in this 'anything goes' society, it can be hard to imagine holding back as sexy, but it can be just that, especially when everything else goes!
and what is hotter in a loving relationship than feeling safe, cared for, respected, and worthy? trust someone enough and nothing is off limits from there!
besides, these two would make up for lost time with a foundation like that...
