The story is good, most definitely. [For the record, and considering the time/setting of the storyline, a gunshot to the hand is (in addition to being remarkably accurate for being as described) a wound which would render the hand only marginally useful for the rest of the man's life.] But I am certainly looking forward to the next chapter.
