The question is this: would a newly-qualified doctor get a position as Senior House Officer in a large hospital? Doesn't seem likely---surely they have to serve at least twelve months as an intern under supervision and even after that it would take quite a while to reach Senior House Officer level. That apart, a well-written little piece.
