There is only one thing that was left out; that is how are things going to be with Donna? She was left out of this little cruise because of work. Now, these friends and her husband are going to be faced with either letting her in or trying to ignore the fact of the cheating her husband did with her friend.

How will they explain the fun they had, and how will Donna react to this, makes for the chance of a follow up story.

If you do a follow up story, I am sure that it will answer most if not all of these questions.
